Law Enforcement Education (LEE) Degree
Associate in Applied Science Degree
This curriculum trains students for a career as law officers at the city, state or federal levels or in retail or industrial security. It serves students with no previous experience; those presently employed; or those seeking advancement.
Program Outcomes:
- Demonstrate competency requirements in entry-level position as a law enforcement officer.
- Identify problem-solving skills that will correlate to those used by law enforcement officers.
- Demonstrate the ethical and professional standards used by law enforcement officers.
- Prepare to meet state requirements for state certification as a law enforcement officer.
- Prepare to transfer to a four-year college or university to receive a baccalaureate degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice after completing their two-year degree at Morton College.
