Introduction to Java
Students for whom concepts such as Windows, menus, Web pages, and the Internet are familiar will use Java to create applets and programs for Windows applications. This course covers the Java programming environment, control structors, arrays, strings, characters, graphics, files, Java utilities, and bit manipulation.
Lecture two hours, laboratory three hours per week.
Prerequisite:
CPS 111
and a programming course.
